We are looking to add a team player who can bring their expertise as Land Technician or Lease Analyst. This is an in-house position with ability to grow into a Landman role.    Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and organize company lease files Prepare lease schedules Prepare lease offers and other correspondence with mineral owners Abstract records Assist in title work Assist in drafting agreements Communication with business partners Periodically review records to ensure accuracy
