ESSENTIAL DUTIES & CORE COMPETENCIES Responsible for all real property right transactions as needed. Specific duties include managing customer encroachment and release of easement requests; department support for customer co-location requests and engineering easement requests; construction and maintenance damage settlements; and distribution and transmission obstruction and clearance issues.
