Our team is currently looking to fill multiple openings for well-rounded contract field Landman. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a strong desire for growing their knowledge as a Landman, staying up to date with current industry laws and regulations and be a self-motivated individual that is committed to the growth of our team.

The candidate will be expected to not only thoroughly review public records and prepare reports based on their findings but also have a comprehensive knowledge of the processes associated with due diligence projects and acquisitions. Below is a list of some of the reports that will be prepared on a regular basis.

• Runsheet's for drill site and division order title opinions
• Mineral Ownership Reports (containing numerous depth and interest severances)
• Leasehold Ownership Reports (WI/NRI calculations)
• Lease takeoff's

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR
• 5+ years of experience as a field landman
• 3+ years of HBP title.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Current member of AAPL
• Separate entity preferred
