WANTED - TOP ACQUISITION LANDMAN FOR GROWING OIL AND GAS COMPANY
THE POSITION - The Acquisition Landman will focus on contacting mineral owners to identify and develop acquisition opportunities. Work in an exciting competitive company atmosphere. Manage all contact data with attention to detail and prioritize efforts to identify high potential closable deals. Demonstrate ability to contact mineral owners independently to develop acquisition opportunities. Communicate closely with the acquisition team and help drive deals through the negotiation and closing process. Hit and exceed deal acquisition goals. Receive above average compensation for superior performance.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Call, email, and text mineral owners, to make initial contact
Utilize strong communication and sales skills to contact mineral owners across areas of interest for company to identify and develop acquisition opportunities
Communicate with manager on opportunities and individual performance
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Ability to work well with others
Ability to quickly build rapport, progress conversations and overcome objections over the telephone
Previous exposure to the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required
