Job duties include, but not limited to, the following:

• Runsheets
• Mineral ownership reports
• Leasehold Takeoffs
• Complex mineral title with depth severances
• WI/NRI calculations
• Lease analysis
• HBP mineral title
• Permian/Delaware Basin Due Diligence required

Qualifications:

• Preferred College Degree or JD
• Preferred RPL, or CPL
• Must be Active AAPL Member
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel is required
• Must provide own laptop computer
