Division of Administrative and Information Technology Services:
The Division of Administrative & Information Technology Services assists in preparing the Commission’s Budget and consists of two bureaus, Administrative Services and Information Technology Services.
The Bureau of Administrative Services administers the agency’s human resource program, handles all financial transactions and accounting records maintenance. The bureau also processes all agency purchasing, security and safety issues, leasing, surplus property, and fleet management. Additionally, the bureau supports imaging, duplicating, mail distribution, audiovisual, hearing and conference room operations, and fax systems.
The Bureau of Information Technology Services monitors and evaluates the information processing and telephony needs, proposing enhancements to information processing resources and providing technical support services. Additionally, the bureau manages the agency-wide administrative procedures manual, forms inventory/ tracking programs, and live streaming of Commission events.
Description of Job Duties:
The Operations Analyst I position is located within the Support Services Section of the Division of Administrative and IT Services. This position will be the lead in operation of the high volume, computer base publishing system; assist the Operations Manager in planning work production to assure smooth workflow and conformity to standards; request services on equipment as needed; operate a folder/inserter and spiral binder; this position will also be the lead in the Commission’s daily mail operations including courier deliveries; and assist in various areas of the Support Service Section including mail distribution, supplies and printing delivery, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in mailroom operations, copying, printing and experience in digital imaging.
This position requires possession of a valid driver license.
