Blue Duck Resources is a nationwide land management company founded by Kevin Pierson in 2007, recently undergoing new branding along with a name change to what we have today. Kevin is a second-generation landman born in Littleton, Colorado before moving to the oil patch town of Bakersfield, California. He spent most of his life in Highland Village, Texas before moving to Morgantown, West Virginia. Blue Duck's team consists of landmen, abstractors, attorneys, land managers, and an administration with extensive knowledge of the process of oil and gas land management. We know the ins and outs of daily project management, title, curative, division of interest, and so much more. We are skilled negotiators and will work with all parties to make sure that everything is done fairly, legally, and completely.
