Qualifications

• Knowledge of GIS software
• Ability to plan and organize workload, adjusts to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision
• Ability to write a legal document
• Basic knowledge of settlement instruments, easements, releasing easements, and contract terms
• Solid understanding of Eminent Domain and the process
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (i.e., Word and Excel.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with landowner/ tenant on ownership, easement rights, GIS mapping, damage claims, and access issues.
• Effectively use the Owner’s established policies, procedures, and processes to perform work.

Job Description:

• HOS Resources is currently looking for an Acquisition Agent with experience in utilizing GIS software to work in-house with our clients.
• Must be willing to work remotely, but preferably in-home office located in Lafayette, LA, on a 5-day work week.

• 3-year minimum acquisition experience
