Position Overview:A unique opportunity is available to be part of an exciting technological challenge. The AbbasResearch Lab (www.abbaslab.com) at the University of Minnesota is looking for a talented Researcher / Scientist inMass Spectrometry to join the team during summer or fall 2022 to work on two projects related to the use of massspectrometry and volatile organic compounds for molecular diagnostics.The candidate must have an advanced degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, chemical engineering or relatedfields. Experience in mass spectroscopy (MS) or Proton-Transfer-Reaction Mass Spectroscopy (PTR-MS) and dataanalysis are required. Additional experience in gas chromatography (GS) and GC-MS are preferred.
