Reports to the Owner We are seeking an experienced Construction/Development Director who will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects. Responsibilities include: A. The ability to plan, study, administer, evaluate, and design engineering and construction methods and procedures for both renovation and new construction projects. Solicit, Hire and Direct architects, engineers, designers, general contractors and/or subcontractors when the scope of the job is sufficient to warrant either a general contractor or individual subcontractor. Review all proposals and prepare contracts for performing these services. Managing multiple projects simultaneously in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, varying in scope f
