Effectively and cooperatively interfaces with other departments within the company, including but not limited to, the Business Units and Accounting. Responsible for managing and maintaining the Name and Address system in P2 Land, which is comprised of New Party Number creations, EFT/banking information setup and updates and change of address requests for Corporate Land, the Business Units and Accounting. Supports the Division Order Analysts by coordinating with the Business Units to obtain title opinions and related instruments to address curative issues.
