Johns Hopkins Facilities and Real Estate is seeking a Utility Services Manager (USM) who is responsible for leading the operations and maintenance programs for the Homewood and Wyman utility plants and all utility infrastructure to meet safety, reliability, cost, and operational goals. The USM develops and implements engineering, maintenance and reliability best practices to ensure utility assets realize expected life cycles.
