DEFINITION: Under the direction of the RWA Director, perform various duties in the management and coordination of landfill projects; ensure gas collection system, water systems and other technical facilities are operational at assigned landfill sites; perform surveying, inspection and quality control duties related to landfill projects; train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
