This executive role is a highly skilled and experienced leader directing large and complex industry sectors within the Global Workplace Solutions Enterprise division. This role will be wholly responsible for creating a sector vision, driving growth and profitability to a scale of $xx business with a minimum of xx employees .
This is a critical executive role that is a primary value differentiator to GWS, operating at the highest strategic level of CBRE's enterprise top customers, harnessing the entire commercial power and resources of the CBRE organization, solidifying a unique, integrated growth approach.
Sys tematically prioritize GWS enterprise highest-value and largest potential customers to continuously assess the customer experience and use knowledge and insights to rapidly accelerate and elevate growth.
Reframe the reference point for success through demonstrative negotiating expertise, contract experience and working knowledge of supply chain business and outsourcing practices.
Deep knowledge of global trends and business requirements will enable the sector leader to pro-actively anticipate solutions and emerging opportunities.
Develops and promotes a cohesive, global sector vision through collaboration and partnerships and actively aligns with and enables one global CBRE practice.
The GWS Enterprise Sector Leader is well-known, visible and a respected industry networker, regularly interacting with business and industry executives to promote and advocate for GWS business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growth - Understand and lead the mandate of the clients, employees, board, shareholders and the broader CBRE company , with a clear understanding of the levers that enable the GWS sector to generate value, manage P&L, differentiate opportunities, and anticipate emerging trends.
