To locate a proactive, budding professional and/or seasoned career changer to provide real estate (eminent domain/right of way) support as a document specialist/data entry specialist. Will independently administer several assigned responsibilities, ensuring excellent record keeping and production. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability.
Provide a full range of administrative, clerical and office support including, but not limited to:
Edit/Review documents for quality control.
Catalogue and retrieve documents.
Input documentation into records system.
Provide clerical/administrative support, including composing and preparing routine correspondence and presentations using computer software applications.
Prepare and maintain data entry procedures and provide training to back-up personnel.
Advise supervisor of any issues to ensure excellent customer service.
Facilities and Meetings
Provide a full range of support including assistance with scheduling, word processing, and video/teleconferencing.
Advise supervisor of any issues to ensure orderly and efficient administrative operations.
Support project manager and agents including preparation of documents, and follow- up on timelines and deliverables.
Prepare status reports as required and/or requested, per project.
Attend project production meetings and prepare meeting minutes and/or action items.
Scan all documents into the proper electronic files and file documents into appropriate project files.
Enter all relevant information into database as required per project.
Assist in researching bids for Company proposals (cities, counties, state).
Provide support in preparing proposals.
Two (2) years of administrative experience required.
Understanding of real estate nomenclature.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
