Commercial Learning & Development Manager, Americas
The Role: Reporting into the Global Director of Commercial Enablement & Strategic Engagement, this individual will be wholly accountable for the regional learning and development program for the Platts commercial group, across the Americas region. The role will be regionally responsible for leading, overseeing, developing and maintaining commercial training programs aligned to regional needs and commercial initiatives across all of Platts. The individual in this role would partner with Global Head of L&D, regional VPs, regional training peers and various departments to assess training needs and to develop and deliver cohesive training solutions.
