  • We will train you. We are looking to spend 2-3 months training you so that you can train new radon techs that we hire. Bring a great attitude and your willingness to learn how to install radon mitigation systems according to quality standards, job specifications, and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in crawl spaces and attics, performing construction-related tasks including the use of power tools, moderate lifting, working on ladders as high as 40', installing pipe, and more
  • Understand the importance of quality products and services while providing exceptional and consistent customer service
  • Willing to obtain company paid certification with the NRPP

Your Qualifications & Skills include:

  • Construction experience required - 1 year required
  • Additional experience from home renovation, home remodeling, construction remodeling, or as a frame carpenter will be considered
  • Experience in carpentry maintenance or carpentry remodeling is also a plus
  • Leadership experience required
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourceful and can take initiative
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Integrity and strong work ethic
  • Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions. Ability to get into tight crawl spaces and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
