The Field Marketing Specialist - Europe is responsible for the adaptation and implementation of commercial marketing campaigns and initiative launches both direct through the sales organization and indirect through the market access partner companies. This role reports to the Channel & Field Marketing Manager Europe. What you will do: -
Support the coordination of regional, local and external resources with full accountability to deliver local demand creation programs including thought leadership programs, events (virtual and physical), digital services (Project Management) and ensures there is a cohesive pre-, at- and post-tactic strategy to increase engagement and response rates. -
Support the execution of co-marketing plans with designate partners in line with local marketing plans and their revenue targets. Support the Market Access team with requests from distributors and other channel partners in respect of defined marketing activities. -
Measure, analyze and report on marketing activities to determine their contribution to pipeline health and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/ROI and make recommendations. -
Actively seek and create joint customer success stories to showcase best practices and demonstrate strong partner and customer relationships Education/Background/Experience/Competencies -
Degree, or equivalent, preferably a BA in marketing, communications, or business/economics -
2 years of experience in technology business-to-business marketing and complex partner ecosystems -
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), French native is a plus, Swedish is considered a plus -
