Prepare work plans; Research product information/pricing; Logistic support of purchases, rentals, contractor support; Training, assistance for work planning; assignment procedures; Develop procurement, outsourcing strategies; Use work order system to maintain/analyze assets, job plans, safety plans, preventive maintenance requirements; Supports tracking, maintenance, and stocking of inventory; Develop, refine job plans, long-term continuous improvement programs; Analyze backlogs, resource availability, maintenance history and work priority; Generate, assign, distribute, and close work orders; Document daily/event inspections, initiate work orders, document corrective action taken; Monitor Airfield FAR Part 139 inspection reports, summaries, work order status; Provide initial, recurrent training on Maximo; Evaluation for (1) FTE and payroll approvals; Implement inventory control; Inventory supplies for rental car facility; Procurement/staging of special tools/equipment; Work with Contract Administrator on service agreements; Oversee fuel management software for fuel access; Order/maintain usage reports of fuel/oil for rental car facility; Assist budget planning; Provide expenditure forecasts; And other duties as assigned.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of three (3) years of experience
A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered
A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire
